OSIsoft™ PI Enterprise Reporting
ECG has developed an enterprise-wide monitoring and reporting system for the
OSIsoft™ PI System™. The system is Intranet/Internet based and user
administered. Users can configure PI point alarms, PI snapshot reports, PI
spreadsheet reports, and PI-ProcessBook® display reports. Users can send
reports by a PI event or by schedule. Messages can be sent via e-mail and any
text-capable device. An additional feature allows monitoring of each PI
Server's Message Log. Enotification is a Microsoft® Certified product.

AccuTrack
Fuel Tracking System
AccuTrack is an integrated software package designed to track the transfer
of any major commodity. From receipt to consumption, AccuTrack provides
computer generated data detailing material handling activities together with
their bulk properties and economics. The most popular application of AccuTrack
is providing operators at coal-fired power plants early warning indication of
potential high-dollar problems (slagging, fouling, emission exceedances, etc.)
through the use of on-line coal analyzers. |

Roll Bowl COP
Pulverizer Monitoring
The Roll Bowl COP (RBC) system monitors the deflection data of the three rolls
during operation. Through the brief, non-intrusive test, loading symmetry and
grinding element conditions are determined. The resulting information allows
the RBC operator to monitor the mill’s grinding elements through their wear
life. Balanced loading of the three rolls will help optimize the grinding
efficiency and extend the life between overhauls.

COMPASS
Capacity Declaration
Used by electric generation companies, COMPASS is a web-based tool that
provides generation capability information to Network System Operators. COMPASS
monitors and tracks problems that constrain a generating unit and allows plant
operations to detail and project repairs with System Dispatch. It also provides
an integrated entry interface for required NERC reporting. |

BoilerCam
Image Processing
BoilerCam integrates with standard camera systems and aids in correlating
boiler visualization with process data. A web-based interface provides the
ability to visualize changes over time. A PI-ProcessBook add-in allows users to
correlate and identify changes in PI data with camera images. Operators can
easily notice progressing problems and respond in a timely manner, thereby
avoiding costly expenses.
