Data Acquisition Software Interface Development ECG has developed a variety of Windows® based engineering interfaces for distributive control systems (i.e. Bailey®, Foxboro®, Honeywell®, GTE®, etc.), strip chart recorders, data loggers, programmable logic controllers.
Finite Element Analysis Finite element modeling and analyses of both statically loaded and dynamic systems of machinery and structures is offered by experienced engineers. Dynamic analysis include the calculation of machinery frequencies and resonances, response to transient inputs as well as shock spectrum for US Navy DDAM analyses as well as response spectrum analyses associated with seismic motions. The finite element tools used are the FEMAP – NASTRAN package developed by Noran Engineering, Inc. Stresses are evaluated using brittle fracture methods, fatigue analyses, static collapse, or deformation etc. depending on the appropriate mode of failure.
