Predict-It:
Predict-It is an anomaly detection and diagnostics solution designed to reduce downtime, protect revenues, and safeguard reputations by improving equipment reliability and cost control. It serves as a core application for advanced Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), cohesively merging real-time operating data with technical exam results to deliver real-time equipment health monitoring and diagnosis. The software utilizes Advanced Pattern Recognition (APR) for early detection of asset faults, often weeks to months before traditional methods, and features a Diagnostic Reasoner Module that employs a Bayesian Network algorithm to pinpoint probable causes of equipment issues by uniting subject matter expertise with a database of equipment-specific faults. This allows for the capture and application of seasoned employees’ knowledge, providing a comprehensive understanding of all possible fault causes, supporting decision-making, and optimizing diagnostics.
Glance:
Glance is ECG’s Data Historian Software, offering an alternative, low-cost, turn-key solution for gaining insight into power plant and industrial operations. It functions as an Industrial IoT Visualization Client, compatible with OSIsoft PI, OPC UA/DA/HDA, and InfluxDB data historians. As a lightweight, web-based client, Glance operates on all modern devices without requiring add-ons and provides intuitive tools for building and managing digital operations views. The solution aims for lower cost of ownership, faster time-to-value, and better usability and adoption, enabling monitoring anywhere, analyzing data with in-depth charts, receiving alarm notifications, virtualizing processes with an industrial symbol library, generating reports, and offering self-management features for users, server connectivity, and service health. It integrates with Calculink for robust data connection, real-time calculations, and efficient compression, and utilizes InfluxDB for scalable, cost-effective time-series data storage without tag license fees.
